Three Personalities, One State

Andrew Merriell and Associates has just finished designing over 15,000 square feet of exhibit space at the Idaho State Historical Society Museum. The permanent installation will include an introductory overview to the state, along with exhibits highlighting the three distinct geographic and cultural areas that make up the state of Idaho. Through the use of interactive and ambient media and key representative collections objects, visitors will engage with the characters and events that shaped the state.

American Indian cultural center & museum

The American Indian Cultural Center and Museum (AICCM) in Oklahoma City is working towards its opening in 2021. Andrew Merriell & Associates has teamed with an experienced group of specialists to design the museum's restaurant and kitchen, cafe, gift shop and signature media experience, as well as iconic exterior lighting and culturally appropriate interior finishes for the dramatic new building.

In Orange, Texas, a modern Shangri La has been recreated with the best of both nature and gardens. Nestled within 252 acres in the heart of Orange, Texas, Shangri La Botanical Gardens and Nature Center is a program of the Nelda C. and H.J. Lutcher Stark Foundation, a private foundation whose mission is to improve and enrich the quality of life in Southeast Texas and encourage and assist education.
